Joseph Bolar 57, of Charlotte West Virginia, passed away at the Rio Grande Hospital in Del Norte, CO, on June 18, 2021, surrounded by family. Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements in care of Strohmayer's Funeral Home.
This was news that I did not want to hear. I was hoping Joe was off somewhere on a boat enjoying his retirement, fishing with his lovely wife. I am so sorry for your loss.
