Zachary Emery Jones, 33, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2019 in Creede, Colorado. He was born on September 27, 1985 to Mark and Monica Jones of Creede, Colorado.

Zachary was loved in his community, by his many family and friends, and those who served by his side as he proudly and honorably Want to add a caption to this image? Click the Settings icon. served his country as a member of the United States Marines 3-7 Battalion. He enjoyed helping his father with the construction company, using his culinary skills he learned while attending Culinary School in Florida, at the family restaurant MJ'S and spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and rafting. His wife, children, family and friends were the most important thing in his life. He was the type of man who would do anything for anyone, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and love him.

He was preceded in death by his Father Mark Jones, Grandpa George Keller, and Grandpa Kenny Jones. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kelly Chapman Jones, his three children Riley, Grayson and Mya; his Mother Monica Jones, Sister Jessie (Joe) Baker, his Grandma Jo Keller and his Grandma Ruth Ann Eastland.

A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Sunday July 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Creede, CO at the Ed Hargraves Ballfield at 1190 Main Street, Creede CO 81130. Memorial contributions can be made to the family of Zachary.
