Vence Margarito Trujillo, born July 5th, 1987, in Alamosa CO, passed away at his home in Monte Vista CO on April 5, 2025.

While born in the San Luis Valley, Vence didn't stay here his whole life. Vence graduated from Valley High School in Albuquerque and after several years came back to Monte Vista to live with his mother, Elaine Carrol (Sisneros). During his 38 years of life, he touched the lives of so many different people in both Colorado and New Mexico. Vence was also very devoted to loving his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews.

Vence is survived by His father Frank A. Trujillo, mother Elaine N. Carrol, brother Lito A. Trujillo and his family Monica, Eva, and Abel.

Vence is preceded in death by his grand parents Margarito Sisneros, Rebecca Sisneros, Vence Trujillo, Dolores Trujillo and several very beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Vence will be missed greatly by all the lives he has touched as well as by all his family and friends.

A viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. on April 26, 2025 at Strohmayer's Funeral Home, located on 205 S. Broadway in Monte Vista. Following Services, a reception will be held at the United Methodist Church located on 387 S. Broadway in Center.
