On the evening of July 16th, 2023, Shannon Mae Weeth (Alspaugh) passed away unexpectedly at North Suburban Hospital, CO at the age of 36. Shannon was born in Del Norte, CO on August 19, 1986, to Perry and Danae Alspaugh. She married Nicolas Weeth on August 17, 2012.

Shannon loved crocheting, cross stitching, the Christmas holiday, the mountains, and basset hounds. She was great at making sure all friends and family's birthdays were acknowledged. She held a special place in so many people's hearts.

Shannon is survived by her husband Nicolas Weeth, father Perry Alspaugh, mother Danae Alspaugh, brothers Nathan Goddard (Lisa Goddard) and Buck Newton (Jesseca Newton), sister Autumn Squires (Waylon Squires), Grandmother Patricia Bennett, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family will be doing a private celebration of life for her. "You can shed tears that she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived!"
