Sean Patrick Weeks passed away on August 24, 2019 at his home in Monte Vista, CO. He was born on June 27, 1972 to Phillip Joseph Weeks I and Rosemarie Weeks.

Sean had a great love of animals and had a special place in his heart for dogs. His greatest happiness in life were his family in friends who will miss him greatly.

​

Sean is survived by his sister, Veronica Lynn Weeks of Florida, and nephew Joseph Clayton Weeks of Maine. He was preceded in death by his parents; His brother, Phllip Joseph Weeks II; Sister Victoria Lynn Weeks; and nephew Toby Martine Baca.

Cremation has been chosen.
