Nancy Linda
Trujillo
May 9, 1967 — Oct 12, 2026
Alamosa, Colorado
Nancy found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved dancing, camping, knitting, coloring, and spending time outdoors. Above all, her greatest happiness came from being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. The time she spent with them was precious to her, and those moments will remain treasured memories for her family for years to come.
Nancy is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Leonard Trujillo; her four sons, Anthony Ray (Johanna) Lucero of La Jara, Arturo Manuel (Claudia) Rodriguez of Denver, Michael (Lorie Bailon) Lucero of Alamosa, and Leonard Jr. (Flor Ochoa) Trujillo of Monte Vista; and her beloved daughter, Alexis (Ryan Medina) Cisneros of Monte Vista. She also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren, who brought love and joy to her life and will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Nancy is also survived by her two brothers, Fabian (Elaine) Lucero of Del Norte and Dennis Lucero of Grand Junction; her brother-in-law, Anthony (Feliz) Martinez of Del Norte; several nieces and nephews; two aunts; one uncle; and countless cousins. Her family was an important part of her life, and the memories, laughter, and love they shared with her will be treasured for years to come.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Susan Lucero; her son, Joseph Trujillo; and several aunts and uncles.
Though Nancy will be deeply missed, the love she shared, the memories she created, and the special place she held in the hearts of her family will live on. Her presence can never be replaced, but the moments spent together and the love she leaves behind will forever remain a part of those who knew her. She will be remembered with love and missed more than words can express.
Cremation was selected, and the family will hold a service in Nancy’s memory at a later date.
May she rest in eternal peace, forever loved and never forgotten.
