In Loving Memory of Juan Rafael Samora

April 19, 1988 – June 1, 2026

Juan Rafael Samora, 38, passed away on June 1, 2026. Juan had a passion for classic cars and loved cruising through town with his favorite music playing. He enjoyed drawing and was especially creative, finding joy in making crafts for his nieces and nephews. His compassionate and sociable nature allowed him to form countless friendships and meaningful connections throughout his life.

Juan was known for his infectious smile, highlighted by the dimples that made him so charming and flirtatious. He had a caring heart and always sought to bring happiness to others, regardless of the challenges he faced himself. His kindness, laughter, and love will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Juan is survived by his loving mother, Juana Valdez; his daughter, Kaylee Jo; siblings David Samora, Shana (Greg) Samora, Josette Samora, and Mandy Aguilar; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, a great-niece, a great-nephew, cousins, and many cherished friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, David Samora; maternal grandmother, Betty Jo Coronado; maternal grandfather Rafael Valdez; paternal grandparents, Jose and Jennie Samora; and cousins Daniel Sanchez, Sam Valdez, and Eduardo Rascon Jr.

Private family services and burial will be held at a later date.
